To satisfy the growth in our customer’s expectations we sought and acheived ISO900:2000 Quality managment accreditation in 2000.

Since then, PPL has continued to refine and improve that system to suit the diverse range of products manufactured and innovations in our production processes.

Whilst every effort is made to design Quality into products and production processes, the need remains for all employees to be concerned with all aspects of the internal activities necessary to ensure continued Customer Satisfaction. The search for excellence within the Company is continuous and has resulted in the addition of improved automation to control equipment along with the measurement of administrative performance to promote improvements in Customer Care.

In addition to a range of standard QC checks and records, we are able provide specialised tests and measurements to suit individual customers’ requirements as well as full product traceability.

Whilst we recognise the need to continuously improve the value offered to our Customers, commitment to OHSAS 18001 Accreditation ensures that such a philosophy is not detrimental to the Health and Safety of our employees. This documented system provides procedures to maintain the safe operation of equipment, processes and other related activities as well as the use of chemicals and the working environment.
