Ian is responsible for ensuring that PPL’s products are effectively despatched and that customers’ delivery expectations are met-making sure that they receive the right products at the right time. Ian brings many years’ transport industry experience to the management of the logistics at PPL and has worked at the company for 17 years.
Andrea has over 25 years’ experience of helping pharmacies with labelling requirements, whilst at PPL. As Sales Manager for Pharmacy Products, she is responsible for dealing with enquiries, managing the Telesales Support Team, liaising with the production team and ensuring that delivery requests meet the Pharmacist’s requirements.
